Floor Truss Production Equipment

CII’s Floor Truss Machines focus on saving labor costs and floor space. Our freestanding, trackless machine design allows for single pass truss production with a built-in chord splicer as standard. Rigid machine design ensures long-life and complete nail plate embedment of even the largest of floor truss plates.

Up to 30” depth of truss is standard (taller without the on-table chord splicing) and options include various lengths, and end or side ejection. Common systems are typically either 32’ or 40’ capacity.
