Tri-Axis Component Presses achieve 100% nail plate embedment on the table. Tables are available in walk-thru or continuous style configurations in the following widths: 8’, 10’, 12’, 14’, 15’, and 16’.

Production of both 2” x 4” nominal components are most common, but we can also configure them for 6” and 8” capacities as well. Multiple presses can share the same table for working individual setups or for a tag-team approach to large girders and trusses. Standard machines feature single or dual pressing heads with up to 60+ Tons of force each. For those looking for more, inquire about our NEW HIGH TONNAGE Tri-Axis with 85+ Tons of force.
