CNC Turning

Some parts and components can be fully and/or partially machined on one of our cnc turning centers. We have cnc lathe capacity with up to a 7” thru hole for long components, but we can turn much larger diameter items if they’re shorter in length. Secondary operations may be completed by a visit to one of our broaches, vertical machining centers and/or horizontal machining centers for completion.

Parts may be produced from not only round, hex, or even square bar stock but also from forgings, castings, and even flame, plasma, or laser cut materials.

We frequently turn a variety of raw materials including not only carbon, stainless, and tool steels but also aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and plastics.
