CNC Turning with Live Tooling

Some multi-process parts and components can be fully machined on one of our cnc turning centers which feature live tooling. In addition to the traditional turning work, they may offer supplemental milling, drilling, and tapping capacity. Therefore, secondary operations may be reduced and/or completely eliminated.

Parts may be produced from not only round, hex, or even square bar stock but also from forgings, castings, and even flame, plasma, or laser cut materials.

We frequently turn a variety of raw materials including not only carbon, stainless, and tool steels but also aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and plastics.
