Large Capacity Manual Turning

Our largest engine lathe has a 9” thru hole with dual chucks which is convenient for low volume production of large shafts and weldments. Larger diameter parts can be easily machined as well if they’re shorter in nature such as less than 8ft in length.

Parts may be produced from not only round, hex, or even square bar stock but also from flame, plasma, or laser cut materials. We can turn not only the components of large weldments and assemblies but can finish turn them as well. Several components and assemblies may visit a larger turning center more than once during the manufacturing process.
