Strapping & Bundling Line

Our Strapping Line System efficiently delivers precut truss members from saws to staging or assembly areas. This system consists of conventional, inclined, and powered conveyors, a strapping machine, and powered cylinders to strap/band, move, and stage truss members. Sensors track and control movement of bundles to ensure efficient, safe operation. This single operator system can service more than one saw and is programmable for increased efficiency and energy savings. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems are available.
