Column/Post Laminator

Need to diversify your product offering? Need some filler work for the winter? Build your own stock or custom posts with our Post/Column Laminating Machine. With the capability of producing 3, 4, and 5 ply columns in lengths of up to 40 feet with 2" x 6", 8" and 10" lumber, this system will cover your bases. Hydraulic clamps squeeze the plies tightly together and straightens the entire column before & during the nailing process to ensure a straight finished product. Secondary accessory equipment increases your throughput such as column handling equipment, as well as systems for finger jointing, adding gusset plates, and planing your posts, all to add additional features to make your posts unique.
