CII’s Fully Electric Horizontal Stacking Systems decrease your through-put time, increase your productivity and provide a safer working environment. Let your workers focus on producing trusses, not handling & stacking them! We have several options to suit your needs such as 2, 3, 4, and 6-unit stacking systems. Our system stacks to both sides of your conveyor up to 30 trusses high and up to six separate stacking zones. Trusses can be stacked either peak in or peak out to either side of the conveyor. A hand held remote controls the system and laser sensors trigger automated stacking rather than mechanical “crash” bars. Regardless if you have a single table or several tables feeding a single conveyor, this is the system for you.
